Our heritage starts in the Javanese Royal Court of the Magnificent Majapahit Empire in the Far East in 1293. Botanical tonic drinks were served behind palace walls to keep royalty full of vigor and vitality, while their revered recipes were written on palm leaf manuscripts handed down for centuries over many generations.
Today we use the same botanicals to make our drinks and they are carefully cold-extracted over 6 weeks to create a body with complex layers of exotic fruits and florals folded into warming spices, ending in sophisticated bitter notes.
Blended and bottled in Singapore, we celebrate the rich, storied history of herbal remedies from the Far East. Melati Drinks are refreshing, comforting and elegant slow-sippers, infused with restorative Asian botanicals, perfectly suited for a variety of seasons, with and without alcohol.
