Magnolia, or Noli for short, burst into our lives and taught us the true healing powers of kombucha even before she could walk! As she grew, so did our passion for creating fizzy concoctions that nourish and delight. Noli, alongside her two younger sisters, has been our trusty sidekicks, taste testers, and chief mischief-makers ever since.

We’ve seen far too many craft breweries, be it beer, wine, or kombucha, lose their sparkle when they succumb to mass production and forget what made them special in the first place.
