Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you’ve received an item that’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please let us know immediately. We’re committed to resolving the issue for you.

Shipping Costs & Fees:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns, as this helps us maintain our inventory levels.

  • Opened Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, to ensure fairness for all customers.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
